Project Management Lite - This course is designed to provide a methodology for bringing
projects in on time, on budget, and on goal with a minimum of PM Infrastructure.
The instructor will meet with organization management prior to the class offering
and determine what level of PM infrastructure will provide optimal results for the
organization. The course will then be customized to meet the organizations needs
for project success.
Managing Projects with MS Project 2007 or MS Project 2010 - This class provides a
detailed understanding of how to use MS Project 2007 or MS Project 2010 . Upon completion
of this course, the student will be able to take advantage of MS Project’s functionality
to provide maximum benefit to the organization with minimal effort by the Project
Manager. This class also prepares students to take the MCTS Examination 70-632 for
Microsoft certification as a MS Project Technical Specialist for MS Project 2007
or MCTS Examination 70-178 for Microsoft certification as a MS Project Technical
Specialist for MS Project 2010
PMP Prep - This course prepares the student to take the Project Management Institute’s
Project Management Professional (PMP) examination. Prior to taking this course students
should have met the requirements to sit for the PMP examination.
