PMP, this person is trained in the PMI Methodology for Project Management Techniques.
We believe that the PMI Methodology contains proven techniques for successful project
management. Our consultants are also familiar with other PM Methodologies including
AGILE and will craft a methodology that uses proven techniques from different PM
philosophies so that the methodology works in concert with your organization culture,
